HOW LONG WILL THE INSTALLATION TAKE?
4-5 Hours, provided there is terminal close to your home or office
3-5 Business days, if there is no terminal in your area
WILL I GET UNLIMITED INTERNET?
Yes, this is very important to us, we offer only truly unlimited internet without the gimmicks data caps or bandwidth throttling
WHAT SPEED WILL I BE GETTING?
We have plans of 10Mbps, 15Mbps and 20Mbps. Download speeds can go up to the maximum of the plan during off-peak periods and a minimum of 5Mbps during peak hours.
Note that this is NOT a dedicated service
WILL I BE GETTING A WI-FI MODEM?
Yes, we provide a modem that will provide the customer with Wi-Fi in their homes.
WILL THE WI-FI SIGNAL OF THE MODEM COVER MY ENTIRE HOME?
Yes, however some residences will require a wider Wi-Fi coverage. In this case, we offer a whole home WiFi installation package for an addition cost.
WHO OWNS THE MODEM?
The modem remains the property of SmartCiti Fiber. Should you decide to opt-out of the service at any time, the customer will be refunded the cost of the modem, and the modem will be retrieved, provided the modem is in good condition without any physical damage.
HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT FOR A PLAN OR RENEW MY PLAN?
